Yoshi Bookworm Bag Review

(Ad, gifted - these products were sent to me for review, however, all opinions are my own)

Here’s my review of Yoshi Goods and their range of book themed leather products, including an exclusive discount (available for two weeks only!)

Yoshi Goods Bookworm Bag

Yoshi Goods are a small, family run business who specialise in creating quality leather products in a range of unique styles. I love how quirky their designs are and, being a book lover, I adore their extensive Bookworm collection.

I’ve been using Yoshi’s products for years and love how their distinctive designs add an element of bookish whimsy to my outfits.

I received my first bag (above) from Yoshi a few years ago. This piece is the Brown Vegan Leather Multiway Grab Bag from their vegan leather range, and makes a lovely little bag for everyday use. I actually took mine to my brother’s wedding where it made a fun addition to my bridesmaid outfit.

The bag is small in size but large enough to fit my essentials for the day. It measures 25cm in width, 19cm in height, and 11.5cm in depth, with a long crossbody strap, zip fastening across the top, and additional pockets on the inside. It currently sells for £69 (although if you continue reading, I do have a discount…)

Many of the products from the Bookworm range follow a similar format - lines of appliqué book spines that follow a specific theme, which have then been adapted to represent a wide range of genres. These themes include Dickens, Bronte, Horror, Sci-fi, Jane Austen, Shakespeare and Gardening.

It’s a simple concept but you can tell that great care has gone into creating these designs.

My new backpack is from their latest Cherry Red Bookworm range, which has this gorgeous cherry coloured leather. The book titles on the front contain a variety of classic names, including Heidi, Gone With the Wind, Pride and Prejudice, Jane Eyre, Little Women and Rebecca.

I love how the red leather gives the bag a pop of colour, and its small size makes it ideal for everyday use.

The Bookworm Cherry Red Leather Backpack measures 23.5cm in width, 28.5cm in height, and 8cm in depth. It currently costs £89.90 on the Yoshi website.

In addition to their wonderful bags, Yoshi also sell loads of other leather products including purses and wallets, glasses cases, key rings, phone cases, pencil cases and travel pass holders.

I have the Jane Austen Navy Leather Oxford Purse and Shakespeare Bookworm Brown Leather Glasses Case.

If books aren’t your bag, then Yoshi have a number of other themes to choose from - from dogs and cats to bees, sunflowers, butterflies and peacocks. Take a look at their styles on their website here.

I want to say a huge thank you to Yoshi for sending me these pieces from their Bookworm range.

They’ve also given me an exclusive 15% discount to share using my code: JBOOKY15 (available until the 9th of March only).

I’d love to know whether you own any pieces from the Yoshi Goods Bookworm range, and which one is your favourite.
